Back in the day (aka 2007) when the company was focused on stage shows and musicals, the company was called Entertainment Today. Today Entertainment Today is a division of TJAAKC (The Josh and Ally Ko Company), which boasts nine sub-divisions. If you visited the Ko House page, you read about three.
Animal Rock began in September 2005 with four kids, four stuffed animals, four lights, a cd player, and a dream. After singing their hearts out up to 2008, it seemed like Animal Rock was over. After plans for a comeback, they have put that idea on hold to focus completely on a select number of projects.
Amazin' Kidz Magic started in 2006 with Joshua the Great and Naomi the Magnificent to bring magic to BCBC and the Ko House. Currently, no shows are scheduled for 2011.
Broadway Kids Co. was previously known as BCBC Broadway Kids Co. when it began in 2006. They have produced two musicals, numerous stage shows, one award show, and have several projects in development. No release dates have been set at this time.
Josh, Ally, and Friends was created to start concerts that involved the audience more. Audiences have beat on a drum with Indians, danced to the music of the 70s, and much more since it began in 2007. No shows are currently scheduled for 2011.
The Makishi Theater, located in beautiful Ranchos Palos Verdes, California, plays host to several Entertainment Today productions. Please visit The Ko House/Makishi Theater for more information.
Berkeley Chinese Baptist Circus and Puppy and Woofy's Almost Superior Show! are two now-defunct sub-divisions of Entertainment Today. They were designed to bring circuses and game shows to BCBC, but never took off, and now these divisions have been terminated.
